The online intro package is designed to get you off to a good start and alleviate any worries you may have about starting something new, its a great option for beginners, or anyone with health concerns.
Here's what's included:
1x consultation- time to talk about your health goals or concerns.
3x30 minute 1:1 sessions; it can take a couple of sessions to get to grips with things, in the 1:1 sessions its all about you, we take things at your pace, discover your strengths identify challenges and give you an introduction to all the key movements and principles of pilates. After 3 just sessions you should feel the benefits of Pilates starting to take effect. Leaving you ready for more!
1x1:1 and 10 day class pass; Get some 1:1 coaching first so that you are ready to dive in and try out all of our classes.
