One Life Pilates founder Kaye McGowan is both Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI certified Pilates Matwork instructor and will help you find a class that is right for you.


Kaye teaches the APPI method of Pilates, an internationally recognised rehabilitation based Pilates programme which is strongly supported by the latest research based evidence.

Pilates for Health

We all know exercise is good for us but sometimes it is difficult to know where to start, especially if you are not a natural lover of exercise or if you are recovering from injury or managing other health conditions.


If Pilates has been reccomended to you by your GP, healthcare professional or sports coach a 1:1 Physio-Pilates appointment can be a good place to start.  These sessions are a great way to discuss your goals and get a personalised Pilates programme.
