Monday 19.30: Strong - an intermediate - advanced level class
Tuesday 19.00: Mindful body- a gentle, relaxing class finishing with a short meditation exercise. Join live or watch later.
Wednesday 19.30: Mixed level class- a bit of everything suitable to most levels
Thursday 19.00: Strong
Friday 10.00: Kit class- each week we focus on a new prop, resistance bands, weights, pilates ring, gymball and others. Join live or watch later.
1:1 and Private Group Classes: These are usually scheduled for Saturdays, however other times are available, please ask :-)
If you are new to pilates or have any particular health concerns the intro package is the best place to start.
1:1 and weekly saver packages are also available. please enquire.
